Petersons

Reinis Pētersons is a Latvian multimedia artist, illustrator and animator. He has been active internationally since around 2000. His practice has shifted toward analog video glitch, new media, and digital painting.

The GIF Museum features 6 animations from the series For No One, in which a heavy paint portrait is deconstructed into an analogue sound signal and rebuilt as light.
