Benjamin Bardou
Benjamin Bardou (born 1981) is a French artist whose work explores the intersection between memory, the city and digital technologies. He has a background in fine art and experience in the field of visual effects.
GIFs are rather a rarity in Benjamin’s body of work. One exception is the series ‘When the Net Was Ours’, a tribute to the GIFs of the 1990s. All 10 works from this series are on display at the GIF Museum.
